Jean owns a shop and does some tailoring work on the side. She joined the training program and finished among the first cohort of trainees. She says; Before my business was not performing good but after entrepreneurship training I can account for my business and see life being better through saving.

I started roasting maize on streets with capital of 5000 Uganda shilling ($1.42). Having saved a good amount of money I managed to setup charcoal business, and right now I earn more than 20,000 ($6). SLS’s youth program has helped me to transform my life through Entrepreneurship classes
